Shipping

1. All the orders on over three items in our web are FREE SHIPPING.
2. We will arrange the shipment in 3-5 business days after getting your payment. You will get your package in 5-14 days after payment usually.

The availability of a product is noted on the Product Detail page as "In-Stock," "Advanced Sale," or "Backorder." Most items are In-Stock and ready to be shipped. Some items may not yet be available (Advanced Sale) or temporarily out-of-stock (Backorder). For more information, please read the details below.

Please note: Estimated shipment times on the Product Detail Page specify when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. Most orders are processed and leave the warehouse within 24 to 48 hours. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times may vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped. You may be billed for items purchased with a debit or bank card immediately upon order confirmation.

Delivery Notice Email with Delivery tracking number and tracking website will be sent to your registered email address after your order is processed for the local Postal Service, you will be able to track the delivery within 2 business days after the notice. Please keep an eye on the tracking info in case of possible delivery problems.

For your safety, all our packages are shipped signature required. You will need to be home to sign for the package. If you do not want to have to stay home for the package, you may choose to upgrade to overnight delivery, which is guaranteed by 10:30 AM. If you are not home, the package will not be left at your door. A note will be left to inform you when they will come again to deliver your package. Alternatively, you can call the local Postal Service to arrange a drop-off time.

Please note that NO ADDRESS CHANGE ALLOWED once package has shipped. We verify the billing as well as the shipping address, so an alternate shipping address may delay processing your order; therefore orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days pending verification.

For orders with complimentary shipping or regular shipping, all our on sale items will be delivered by USPS in the USA, Canada Post in the Canada, ParcelForce in the UK, Japan Post in the Japan, Australian Post in the Australia and major postal services in other countries. Your order to be delivered by Express Courier of your local Postal Service is recommended, signature will be required on delivery. We could ship tp the countries below:

POSSIBLE DELAYS
When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.

3. Once the order is shipped out, a track number and track link will be sent to your E-mail
4. Delivery is guaranteed. but we are not responsible for any import tax or duty charged to your package. Import is the responsibility of the customer. Usually, your order will not be charged a customs fee, for it will be stamped as "gifts" or "samples" to avoid a customs fee. In seldom cases, orders would be charged the customs fees by your country Custom, not our site, you will be responsible for the charges. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we have no control over the Customs authorities in your country or any other. Contact your local Customs office for more information about customs fees, duties, and taxes.

Cancel

If you want to cancel your order, please contact us with 12 hours after sending payment. If your package has not been sent out, we will stop it. If your package has been sent out, you could keep it or return it when you get it.we will charge you 20% as transaction fee.The package arrive at your door,don't sign for it. Please confirm your order before sending payment. Thanks!

Refused Shipment

If you refuse a shipment from us, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Replacement

Replacement applied when a certain product run out of stock suddenly, especially in busy season. Small gifts offered occasionally if replacement is accepted by customers. We will send E-mail to you if product you order is out of stock.

Exchange

1. Send your exchange request to our service service@coachoutletstore.us.com within 7 days after receiving your order.
2. Make sure you return the item in unused condition (except try out). The original packaging is also required.
3. You pay the shipping fees of your return & our resending

As soon as we get your return item, we will send the replacement to you.
Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return it and purchase the new item separately.

Return

1. Merchandise must be returned within 7 days.
2. Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
3. Merchandise must have all tags attached.
4. The original packaging is also required. Shoe boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product. Shoe box fees are charged when footwear is returned in a damaged shoe box, or without the original shoe box. You have better to adding outer packing.
5. We won't afford shipping fee of your return. Your return package that arrive COD will be denied. Please pay fees to shipping company first for your return

We request that you contact our customer service service@coachoutletstore.us.com before return. We will offer you return address and shipping way we accept. We won't accept packages that are returned without our agreement.

After getting your return package, we will send refund request to our bank within 48 hours and send you an E-mail about this. Please Note: Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card, and it may take up to 30 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and we are unable to influence this.
